Shane responded within minutes of my inquiry, on a Sunday! He was at my house providing an in-person estimate Mon morning. Prior to his visit, he requested video and explanation of situation, so he came to the house prepared having already researched the problem. My fix ended up being minor, but based on his responsiveness and open communication I’d not hesitate to reach out and hire for a more complicated pool fix!

So thankful for the responsive and affordable work done by Clear Water Pools. They are able to diagnose my issue, and offer parts at a fraction of what I can find at Leslies or the company that built my pool. Fixed issues with our DE filter and now working to replace my salt cell since it's at the 5 year mark. Fast, affordable, and friendly!!
