Tyler and his team are Amazing! We had them clean and seal the grout at our house about 6 months ago and the grout is still as clean and white today, as it was right after it was cleaned.We were so impressed with the results, we just used Tyler and his team again to clean and seal the grout in a new house we are about to move into. The results were absolutely amazing once again!We will definitely use Tyler again in the future and I highly recommend Tyler and his team if you want the best results on your tile and grout.

Outstanding results! They cleaned the tile and grout in our new home and then mixed custom sealer colors until we found the right one. The grout looks great now, and the shade is very consistent. The techs not only knew their process very well, they were pleasant to work with.

It took several calls to have a company willing to renew my grout. Some wouldnt take the drive while others gave a general quote based on square footage over the phone. It wasnt until I contacted Seal Systems that I received a much improved experience. After a visit and discussion of the process (using toothbrushes) with the owner, I accepted on the spot. He said that my floor would look like new, I wasnt so sure of that but really appreciated his confidence backed by 26 years of experience. While making dinner I spilled enchilada sauce on my light gray grout and thought oh no. When I saw the spill it had already dried, but just as I was told, stains like that could easily be wiped up and it was. The floor is so bright now my daughter mentioned that it looked like a whole new floor and it really does. It is not often anymore that you get what you are told at a great price, but with Seal Systems you do! In the picture, you can see the before and after. What a difference!
