Introduction
Mother/daughter Home Organizing $35/per hour total. 3 hour minimum. You will typically get either one or two people for the first hour, and then one person stays for the remaining time you need. Emma and Sherri are both available most weekdays from 9-am 1.30pm and Sherri is available most after noons. Some weekends available too! Let’s get you organized! No judgment here, just a kind and compassionate home organizer ready to listen and help! 1. Declutter a room or entire home 2. Clearing out 1 or more spaces for collector/hoarder (includes your sleep space, your meal prep area, kitchen, pantry, laundry help, and your bathroom space), 3. Room prep and Design for listing your guest room or entire home on Airbnb, includes teaching you the Airbnb software. Sample billing or Riddle you decide: $682.00 is for 19 hours of work $465.00 is for 13 hours of work $4278.00 is to book me for 3 weeks 40 hours each week. $35 deposit to hold your Appointment. (Sorry, a few recent cancellations happened and those times could not be re-booked.) Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp ***If you need to cancel an appointment, but are able to reschedule within seven days your deposit is applied toward your balance. ***If you are unable to reschedule within seven days or just need to cancel completely, the deposit is not refundable. Whether you are looking for home organization for a junk room, a messy room, the kitchen (including washing dishes that were stacked up for days or weeks), or maybe you need someone to prep a guest room to become an Airbnb room rental…. I can help. I’ve been managing properties on Airbnb for over 4 years. When everything gets stacked up and needs home organization so you can just breathe, send me a message. I have heard of ADD or ADHD paralysis, let’s Declutter your space one space at a time so that you can enjoy your space again! I have cleaned homes where the only place to sleep was on the recliner in the living room, and I have cleaned homes where the second living room just turned into a catch-all junk room. Whether you simply have just a junk drawer to sort out, a junk room, or a kitchen that is overwhelming you… there’s no judgment here, allow me to help!! I have a bachelors degree from UTA and left the corporate world to go into business for myself. I have a mortgage license and a life insurance license, so you are also welcome to talk to me about these topics! The privilege to receive a customers direct message or a customer’s reply message cost every single contractor a minimum average of $23 to $57 ….bigger jobs that cost more, the contractor is billed more than $150 for the privilege to communicate with a customer Even if you don’t hire that contractor)

I recently hired Sherri to help me declutter and reorganize my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed. She tidied my makeup vanity, master bedroom, bathroom, and my kids' playroom as well as cleaning out and reorganizing my fridge. She also asked me if I wanted extra bins, baskets and storage containers. This was completely optional and not included in her original quote. But once she purchased the items with my go ahead, my quote was updated. Sherri will be my personal go-to person whenever I need to get my home back in order or feel overwhelmed. Im hoping to hire her again to help me prep and organize my airbnb rooms for future guest at my other property. If you’re needing somebody who can declutter, organize and has great customer service Sherri is perfect for the job. 10/10 stars.

Amazingly helpful! Assesses situations quickly and works with you to provide solutions. I turned over a lot of my rooms & areas to her to take charge of while I dealt with others. I was overwhelmed and paralyzed by not knowing how to tackle everything and she came in and saved me! Very efficient worker and does not waste any time, either. Truly a life saver!
