FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Customers begin by answering a few basic questions related to their needs and contact information. 2. I reach out to you as soon as I am available by giving you a call to setup a scheduled appointment to meet you to better understand your needs. I always like to ask for a best method of communication here to be accommodating of your preferences :) 3. A day before and a few hours before the appointment, I will confirm our appointment and send you a text with my estimated time of arrival. 4. At the appointment, I will discuss your needs and help you make the best informed decision. I'll walk your fence line with you and take any measurements needed. During our appointment I will provide an estimated price of the job. 5. Within 24 hours, you should receive a proposal with the fence solution that we discussed. 6. I'll give you a follow up call 24 hours after the proposal is sent to you and we can discuss any further questions, comments or concerns. 7. Once you are happy to move forward, we will set up an installation appointment and you will pay a 50% deposit on the job. 8. You will receive a message from me when to expect the supplies to arrive at your home. This is typically 1-2 days before the job begins. 9. Installation day: My crew and I will arrive at the job site, greet you and begin work. 10. Once the installation is complete (typically 1-3 days depending on the job) you and I will walk the fence line together and to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't be afraid to ask questions! No question is silly! I'm here to help you solve your needs and am happy to help with any comments, questions or concerns you may have.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I typically help you do 1 of 2 things. Keep your loved ones in or keep things out. Your fence choice typically comes down 3 factors: 1. Safety - Who are you trying to prevent from escaping? Dogs, children? 2. Protection - Who or what are you trying to prevent from coming in? 3. Style - How do you want your fence to look? I really appreciate it when homeowners share their proposed budget with me as it opens up the conversation to be more transparent and removes any confusion. I want to help you solve your problems as quickly as possible. I can always work my price around your budget and take different approaches if the price is a concern. I'm here to help you!
