- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies depending upon each different situation. Some pests are harder to get rid of than others and may take stronger or different chemicals than a general service. If you arent satisfied with our work; give us another shot at satisfying you or well refund your money. We have amazing quality and customer service standard and we always promise a pleasant/friendly experience. Sometimes there are extreme infestation cases in which well have make follow-up treatments. In these cases its impossible to knock everything out the first time. With this scenario well quote you for each visit, but returned visits are always less expensive. Other than that, if pests come back within a reasonable timeframe after service; give us a call and well retreat for free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our business is solving problems and building relationships with our clients. Like any business, we have to make a profit, but we believe that if we provide outstanding customer service, the rest will take care of itself. A project is never complete until our clients are totally satisfied with the end result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our pest professionals are Licensed by the State of Texas.
