The professional that came to fix our fireplace did fine. He looked at both fireplaces and into the best of his ability fix the one in the study. However, the fireplace went out and the pilot light turned off within 30 minutes of his departing. I called back and yet they refuse to come back to correct the problem. In fact, they would only come back if I agreed to pay them for a second time for the same work that wasn’t accomplish accomplished the first time.
