- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We accept order of $500 or more unless located within the Dallas/Fort Worth area. We have worked with many various budgets please don't hesitate to ask what we can do for you at your price point. If we are not able to accommodate your precise menu based on your price point we will create multiple options for you to choose from. Every catering includes a complimentary beverage bar with organic blends such as Cherry Lime Hibiscus or Peach Tea.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
• Initial Contact - We find out our client's needs for their catering & take time to get to know them. • Quote - We find out our client's needs for their catering & take time to get to know them before sending out a quote for their event. • Consultation - We follow up with our client to see if their quote needs to be modified or adjusted. Once quote is accepted, a meeting or phone consultation is set up to go over specific details for their event. • Tasting (Additional Fee) - A tasting may be set up before hiring. Each tasting costs $125 and will feed up to 3 people. Nina or Robbie will travel to the client for the tasting. • Hiring/Booking - A deposit of $250 must be made to secure the event's date. All payments are due one week before the date of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nina has worked with Chefs Jon Bonnell, Stephan Pyles, Donatella Trotti, & many incredible industry professionals. Although she enjoy's keeping a foot in the restaurant industry to keep up with food trends she has worked with several caterers to learn this craft inside out. Robbie has extensive knowledge with organic beverages and a deep passion for cooking. He currently owns his own beverage company, Purple Hibiscus, where he implements his most popular flavors such as Cherry Lime Hibiscus. He also sells customized teas and beverage blends by the gallon.
