- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing is reasonable and fair. The only additional charge will be trip charge if is more than 30 miles.

First, communicate with customer, listen to what customer wants second, agree to a price of the work and schedule a appointment with a 2 hr window open third, call customer a day before to confirm appointment for next day fourth, call customer when I'm heading towards there way.
