George Y. says, "Isaac did a pretty good job but wanted to take short cuts whenever he could. Instead of making the wall 3 feet deep as we had initially agreed, he wanted to go about two feet deep. His idea of a concrete rebar foundation was to put one rebar rod in instead of the minimum of two that I thought was needed, then, of course, the extra rebar rod would cost an extra $40 more. I felt like I had to monitor things closely to make sure things were done properly. I think the job was more than he initially expected and, in the end, he said he needed to be done so I had to finish laying the sod myself and reenforcing the dirt to help support the cinder block wall. In the end, I was pleased with the final product."See more
