FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing is not only a reflection of the amount of time that I spend with you but the 25 years that I have invested in learning animal behavior and Rehabilitation. I think you should consider that factor when hiring any professional, it's not just the hour or two you pay us for, it's all the years of experience you are getting. I strongly encourage you to talk to potential trainers before deciding who to hire, it's important that you click with your trainer and find communication to be easy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when working with a new customer I try to ask the right questions that will show all aspects of the pets Behavior as well as the owner's training goals. Once I have a better understanding of the situation I make sure my approach is not only practical at making the situation immediately better but also reflects the long-term goals of the pet owner. For almost all problems there is a quick, Band-Aid solution that can help make the situation livable while we work the behavioral modifications necessary for long-term Improvement. I've had several clients compliment me on my ability to train for the moment while keeping the long-term picture in mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My life experiences have given me the skill set to work with just about every personality type there is. my time working in animal rescue and Rehabilitation has made me a well rounded person. in the arena of animal rescue and Rehabilitation might find that the rehabilitators often forget the human element of pet ownership comedy become so strongly advocating for the animal if they forget that the owner pet relationship is a two-way street.
