- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and depends on the job. Simple fixes are generally a $129 service call while bigger projects like installation will vary so we always give an estimate upfront after seeing the details. All estimates are no charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, we start with a quick chat over the phone to understand the issue, then schedule a visit to assess it in person. Once we agree on the plan and price, we get to work fixing it fast--usually the same day or next day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our teams got certified plumbing training from accredited trade programs plus years of hands-on experience, fixing everything from drips to full installs. All our technicians are state-licensed by the Texas board and fully trained to handle your plumbing so you’re in good hands.
