- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be as reasonable as possible with our pricing. We customize the pricing according to the job and what the project needs will be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We outline the scope of work with the client, ensuring all details, payment, and timeline of the project are set. Afterwards, we provide a customized estimate. Once the estimate is approved, we send out a crew to complete the job/project. After the work is completed as planned, we collect payment as previously arranged with client.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We originally began in Real Estate & Property Management. After managing several types of properties, we saw how much maintenance and repair is involved in keeping these estates in the best shape possible. Our goal in starting a maintenance department was to provide repair services to property owners in the most cost-effective way possible.
