I had 2 areas that needed major repair -- wood siding around the front area of the house and boards had come off of my chimney. I was struggling to find someone I was comfortable working with in these 2 areas....until I found this company. In less than 24hrs from my request for an estimate, Mike was there. We walked my property, he listened to all of my concerns, and even pointed out a few areas that I hadn't noticed. Within an hour, I had a very detailed estimate for the work that I felt was very fair and competitive. The next morning, 2 gentlemen were at my home and got to work. They were incredibly polite, consistently left their work areas in better shape than when they arrived, and attentive to my questions/concerns. As they completed the work, they also were willing to work on smaller tasks that we didn't discuss the first day. Overall, I am very happy with the work that was performed, the workers that were at my home, and Mike's help and coordination of everything. Caroline W. says, "I booked a 10:00 to 12:00 window with Prime Chimney Experts and got a quick call 30 minutes before arrival saying they’d be there closer to 12:10—totally fine. Guy showed up, laid down drop cloths, and did a free fireplace inspection. We went ahead with a fireplace cleaning and chimney sweep, a few small fixes like sealing a crown crack and tightening the rain guard, and they also measured for a custom chimney cap. It took a few days for the custom cap to be made, and they came back to install it perfectly. The fit and finish were excellent, everything was cleaned up, and the service was friendly and very proffesional. Highly recommend."See more

Shermaine S. says, "Jerry did an excellent job of cleaning our firebox and chimney. He did a thorough inspection and concluded that it had not been cleaned before. The house is 4 years old and we purchased it from seller last year but never used it. He gave us an option of doing a brush cleaning job ($89) or a deeper clean to remove the cresole that was built up ($299). Based on the condition of the fireplace, I felt that a deeper clean was needed. It was done and he did an excellent job, and spent time educating us on the fireplace. We were so impressed with him and his honesty, we asked him to add us to their customer database and come out next year around the same time to clean the chimney. This experience was different from the experience with another chimney service that was out last week. That technician spent a total of 10 minutes at our home: doing the inspection, review of over a dozen photos, giving us an estimate of needed repairs and getting paid. The photos shown us appeared to not be of our chimney (our fireplace was coated with soot but the inside of the chimney photos he shown us (in my opinion) did not represent our chimney and looked pristine without sealant in the seams. This was confusing since the photo of the fireplace and chimney top were covered with soot. How did the smoke get from fireplace to the chimney top without leaving soot along its path? That technician told us that we needed to do $1,200 worth of repairs. I had suspicion that because we were senior citizens, that we were being misled. We opted to get a second opinion. Glad we did. No chimney repair was needed -- just a good and deep cleaning. Kudos to Jerry and NOA for their honesty and integrity. Thank you."See more
