A fireplace is more than just a source of heat; it’s a gathering place for stories, laughter, and love. With that in mind, safety is our number one concern. Fireplaces and chimneys can be a mystery to the untrained eye, often developing issues due to aging, weathering, or misuse. Before any work is performed on a fireplace, we conduct a thorough top-to-bottom visual inspection. If the unit passes inspection, a cleaning will be carried out. Should repairs be necessary, a comprehensive quote will be provided. Every appointment includes “Fire School,” an opportunity for you to learn about your fireplace in depth and ask any burning questions you may have. Different fireplaces require specialized skills to diagnose issues. I have worked on all types of fireplaces and have encountered nearly every problem. We initially hired Jeff for three fireplaces to be serviced and actually ended up expanding the scale of the project to include a punch list that was extensive from the purchase of our home. Had a problem with our gas fireplace not working. Jeff reached out promptly and came out to fix our issue. He asked to reach out if we had additional problems. We unfortunately had an additional issue and Jeff came out to fix the issue on a Sunday for no additional charge! It was a simple wire issue, but hard to find quality customer service like this nowadays!

Jeff is a lifesaver! He quickly fixed a gas leak in our fireplace during the holidays when others weren’t available to help. His work was flawless—he made a small cut to repair the valve, patched and painted it so seamlessly it looks untouched, and even deep-cleaned the fireplace. His rates are very reasonable, and to top it off, he gave us helpful fire safety lessons. I’ll definitely call on him for future projects!
