Update 10/29 - Haltex saved the day again for me. Had a meter to house leak. Luckily for me, my later afternoon appointment got moved up a few hours. Jonathan arrived on time and diagnosed my plumbing issue, and made the repairs. Once again, it was priced right, and I'm completely satisfied!Update 9/24 - CONGRATULATIONS ON BEST OF DENTON, WELL DESERVED!Haltex did an amazing job. Extremely honest and straightforward. The crew was in and out, priced right and completely satisfied. The crew had to perform a slab leak bypass and a few other needs. The crew made as minimal damage as possible. I would definitely use Halston and his crew in the future if needed. They also provide flexible financing. We didn't use it, but it was a welcomed option. Obviously, your credit score is a factor, but the terms were on par with any others.

The best people I have ever worked with! With my house being older, things had to be brought up to new code standards for hot water heaters.Mark Sanchez went above and beyond to get that all taken care of. When they opened the box of the new heater, they realized it had been damaged in shipping to the local big box store. Haltex owner Halston Homeyer personally came and took it back and dealt with getting it refunded. Then he also personally went to Moore Supply Company and got me a new one from them. So glad he knew of them and had no problems getting what we needed.( I will also use Moore from now on) The entire installation took longer than usual because of everything, but these guys stuck it out and were very efficient, polite and courteous. They are very knowledgeable. I will always recommend them and will use them in the future. From my initial call, speaking with Jennifer, she was very nice and answered all my questions and was so helpful. Fantastic service.
