He explained all the steps since I had specifically asked for that in my initial inquiry. He was easy to talk to and very professional. He is very neat, tidy, and very organized. H2O AquaPro is the only company I would ever recommend for a water softener and RO system. I got quotes from 4 different companies and without a doubt H2O AquaPro was the most knowledgeable and favorable when it came to price.
