- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since no two weddings are exactly the same all of our wedding video packages are custom built for each couple, but we do offer 3 different packages that we've built that cover all the bases for most couples' needs on a wedding day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All of our wedding films are story-driven...and since we want to tell the story of the two of you as a couple and the story of your wedding day our process starts with you! We like to start by getting on the phone for a quick introductory call to explain our process, and packages, and most importantly to learn more about what your needs are and what you're looking for in a wedding videographer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our goal is to make whatever film we are creating, the best one we've ever made. This ideology comes from a passion for constantly wanting to get better at our craft and our art. We have not only been recognized globally for our work but regularly teach other wedding videographer's in the industry at some of the biggest wedding video conferences in the world.
