- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communications is the most important thing! Once a customer reaches out to us we'll respond to schedule a quick chat to discuss the details of their project. After the initial conversation we'll put together a quote/estimate based on the project details and goals. Once everything is approved and the contract is signed we'll begin the pre production process!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We only staff professionals who are experts in their craft. That being said, we come from all ranges of education and training backgrounds (Masters, Bachelors, Self taught, etc.)
