- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scale of the project. No two projects are the same, so we believe in fair pricing per each project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with scheduling a consultation. Consultations can be either on-site or over the phone, during which we discuss the project details, the services we can provide, and the project timeline/budget. When we receive the project details, we will provide a quote with an invoice based on the information received. Once we receive the deposit payment, we will begin work on your project.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with residential and commercial clients for a variety of project needs. Our residential and commercial clients have worked with us for remodels, add-ons, new builds, and home buying. Our clients primarily utilize our services for foundation inspections, structural inspections and design, and architectural plans. Each client has custom needs for every project and we provide an expansive list of services for our clients.
