- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't offer discounts or add distance fees. What we do have is a referral program where if you refer us to someone, you'll receive 10% of their labor spend (since we don't upcharge for product) over the first 6 months they work with us credited to you as hours. So, if someone hires us for a 16-hour job, you'd receive 1.6 hours for free. If someone hires us for a full 250-hour move-in, you'd get 25 hours for free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is just talk with the client and get a feeling for what they are trying to accomplish. From there, we'll either set up an in-person consultation or have them send over pictures of the space/s they would like to have organized. We'll send them a quote and then we'll get to work!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with everyone from people trying to get their lives back together to, literally, billionaires. We work just as hard for every client because we work hard for every client. We can't do it any other way.
