- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can vary, it depends on how many guests, travel distance, theme of food choice and quality. For larger parties we do offer money off
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Our process is to first get to know you as our customer, know your vision for food theme choice and why is this event is special to you. 2. Next finalize the catering, send contract that protects us both and send 50% deposit (required before moving forward) 3. Allow us to handle your food while you just enjoy the flavors and presentations stress free! not too bad right?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- While Cross-Contamination is a vital topic, we have training preventing any cross-contaminations! - Properly Cooking/Heating Food - Sanitization / Proper hand washing *we also have virtual cooking classes, inbox or email us if interested
