- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending upon complexity, hours on job, distance to job site, and materials needed. We can come out to quote a project, or with clear enough imagery / videos and an explanation of the scope of work, we can quote without a visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process entails LED CITY understanding the scope of the work and the end-vision the client wishes to make reality. We then will quote the project. Upon approval, we will schedule the day(s) needed to complete the project. The last and most crucial step is ensuring the client is 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are trained to install all of our lighting products and many of the most typical lighting products found on the market today.
