These two were amazing!! They took up carpet and tacking strips for me. I thought I would have to sweep up the dirt but they swept up everything as they were going along! Eric took the time to very carefully remove a metal transition that went onto tile. Sometimes the tile breaks doing this but he was so meticulous that he was able to remove it without breaking a tile. Besides their above and beyond work, they communicated well beforehand and during the work and were friendly and fun to work with. That’s always an extra added bonus. I would definitely use them again. Thanks guys!! Five stars.

Wow! I am so amazed at the incredible work H&E did! I replaced all the carpet in my home with LVP. Eric worked with me to help make the best decisions for my home, and I couldn’t be happier. They were through, took their time and the outcome was incredible. I did a lot of research on LVP installation before hiring a company as I have seen a lot of “fly by night” installation companies. H&E knows what it is doing and Eric is a true expert in flooring. You don’t need to worry for a second. I am so happy to have found them and hired them. H&E is certainly one of the best around! I’ll likely be back when I need to do bathrooms next. thanks again!

It was a pleasure hiring H&E flooring to install laminate flooring in my bedrooms. Eric was always punctual with appointment times and I truly appreciate his honest feedback when he gave me an in-person quote. He informed me that it would be more cost effective to purchase the material my self as opposed to buying through his sourced material. Saving money is always a good thing and overall I am glad I went with H&E flooring.

H&E Flooring brought my dreams to life! I wanted a complex herringbone tile pattern done on the floor of my galley kitchen and octagon-shaped breakfast area. Of note, the project details say luxury vinyl plank but these were individual tile pieces. Eric and his team were not only meticulous in their work, but professional, punctual, kind, and responsive. They also completed my backsplash which also looks wonderful. I cannot say enough great things about H&E Flooring and Eric. The rest of my house has glue down floors from the previous owner and I am saving up to have H&E do the floors in the rest of my house eventually. If you are on the fence, pick H&E!

We had a few broken spots due to incorrect installation from our previous contractors. I contacted Eric and he was responsive and transparent about what to expect cost-wise. Eric and his team did a great job repairing our LV floor. He was upfront about what could be repaired and what could not be. Would definitely hire again!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in finding the best solution for each individual customer. Prices will vary depending on a number of factors. Ex: laminate vs hardwood or tile vs carpet. All very different prices points for the materials and install of those materials depending on your particular preference.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically get a rough idea what our customers want for their homes. We set a time and date for a walk through to take measurements. We talk about possible product choices, ask detailed questions about the scope of work in order to get an accurate estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have attended multiple workshops for installation methods /procedures for interlocking, glued down and thin set products. Rest assured we will meet and uphold all manufacturing specifications for install.
