- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am more than reasonably priced. I do this because taking care of animals is a passion. I aim to exceed your expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to have phone conversation, text or meet prior depending on situation and time contraints etc. I am flexible and understand my clients lead busy lives. I can invoice remotely or take payment to secure your pups place for date & time of drop off.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in shelters since I was very young and have had my own furr children. I have worked with horses and dogs most of my life. I have over 30 years experience caring for all kinds of animals & training them. I understand that each furr baby has unique needs.
