Reliant responded within minutes and had an appointment scheduled for first thing the next morning. Ryan, the tech, was friendly and communicative regarding arrival and proposed solution to my issue. Problem was fixed within 1 hour at a very reasonable cost. Extremely pleased with professionalism and value! Would recommend.

I wish I could choose all five attributes. I give this service a 5 star all around from responsiveness to my first request to getting my issue fixed. Very pleased with the service, the technician is very knowledgeable, polite and honest. He made the fix seem easy. Glad I picked this company. I would definitely contact them again if I have an issue.
