FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am rarely the lowest bid. and if I am you can always find it cheaper. I use only the highest quality materials, slides and hinges. All cabinets are constructed of furniture grade plywood and solid hardwoods. A customer once got very mad at me because I would not install a cheap trash pullout from a big box store. But please understand that I guarantee my work and when that cheap piece of hardware failed I will have to install a good one out of my pocket.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I cannot tell you how much it will cost without having something to go on. If you will give me some dimensions and maybe a picture or two I can get you an estimate. If that is in your price range I will come measure and confirm the price. I work on a half down and you pay the rest when it's done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have no formal training, which is kinda funny considering how many people I have taught. I do have 35 years of finding ways to solve peoples cabinet problems and making their dreams a reality.
