Leo did a great job reglazing our old bath tub. It looks like new now. You can see the difference in the pictures attached. He does more than just this. Highly recommend.

After 3 unsuccessful attempts to redo our bathtub, I requested a refund within the first year of the warranty after Tub Doctor failed to show to the last appointment twice. I requested a refund Sep 3, 2024 and it’s now Jan 11, 2025 and only received $50 of $250 owed. Even after offering to receive it in payments to make it easier, there’s been nothing refunded for months. I think giving over 4 months to refund our money was more than reasonable. Do not recommend Tub Doctor as they can’t be trusted to make good on their warranty.

He was late showing up, took twice as long as he said, it looks terrible, there are tons of runs in the reglazing, smears, thin spots and it’s already chipped and I’ve used the tub less than 5 times since it was done. We had to finish out renovation. I also paid extra to have the non slip added and it’s so heavily textured and sharp it hurts to sit on, he even got some texture on the back of the tub so you scrape your back when you lean back in the tub to relax. I have reached out numerous times to have him come back out and fix the job since he has a labor warranty and weeks later still nothing. He’s become non responsive.
