- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new client will schedule a one-on-one Discovery Call with our team. After determining your business needs, a quote will be provided. Upon acceptance of the quote, an Engagement Letter is sent over to be signed. This document will serve as authorization to begin the Onboarding process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We bring over 10 years of Accounting & Finance experience. Our team members are made up of Accounting Specialists, CPAs and Certified Pro-Advisors. We also belong to a large network of financial professionals so for those unique instances, we have extra resources ready to assist right away. We are also Certified Accounts Payable Specialists with extensive 1099 Coordination experience.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Prior to our launch, I've worked with several Non-Profit organizations, Real Estate Agents/Investors and individuals needing budget & financial planning.
