FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Personally, I would say to not get caught up in the service call fee because like with most things in life you’ll pay for what you get. I will always work professionally , efficiently , and with the clients best interests in mind. My years of dedicated service to this industry have provided me the abilities to get jobs done in a manner that most cannot. Also, my going rate per hour is considerably less than that of the going rate of a licensed irrigator/water manager in which I am. There is no minimum hour charged, you’ll only pay for the time we are on property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will address any and all your irrigation system issues. I like to take care of what you call me for specifically, but will reccomend to everyone that I perform a systems check to look for other issues you're currently having, potential problems that will or can arise, and to get an assesment of your system. I will go over those findings and give my suggestions as to what's pertinent to address and what is not, and give any suggestions that I feel necessary. Dr
