- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I aim to keep the pricing at a fair rate. Please keep in mind the things offered along with the pricing given to you. If i ever need to, i am willing to negotiate a bit :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to chat with the client over the phone and get a feel for what kind of event is taking place, any and all ideas they have in mind, any favorite drinks or type of service they are picturing and take it from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have restaurant/bar experience. I have a couple of contracts at ballrooms in Houston. I've also worked for a staffing company, that worked strictly.
