I am sorry you feel this way, we came by however we could not give you an estimate on your back porch because we are not qualified in framing. We did advise you that there was not enough damage to file a claim on your roof. The initial reason for us to show up to your property was to replace the weather cap on your roof. After Making you aware that the service you requested fell under our $150.00 minimum. We told you that we would make an exception being we were already at the home and do it for $100.00. you then refused services
