- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have competitive pricing offered in 2 packages for long term rentals. We can also customize the plans based on customer's specific needs. Talk to us about our short-term rental pricing. We strive to beat the competition both in value and pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first call (Discovery call) will be to know about our client's needs and goals with their investment property. The next step is consultation where we provide professional rental analysis and recommend the package that fits best with their needs and if needed, we can customize it according to our client's needs. We answer any questions/concerns on the way and once the customer is satisfied, they have the option to sign our management agreement. We are on the mission from there on to provide the best-in-class service and to deliver value and exceptional customer service to our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professional with over 15 years of experience and a licensed real estate agent. I have been trained in property management proven process, procedures and latest technologies to provide efficient and effective service.
