- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be as affordable as a legal company can be. We do have insurance, license, and pay our staff fairly so that we can be reliable and ready to help you anytime. Sometimes we offer discounts, and give prizes to our loyal customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We reach out to you to try to understand the scope of the project. We usually try to make the process as simple as possible. Usually, we ask for videos or pictures of the area to work on to try to give an estimate fast enough that doesn’t waste each other’s times. If needed, we schedule an estimator to visit your property and take a look at the project. Within 24 hours we will provide you with the estimate and wait ready to start the very next day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have administrative and operational staff with degrees in landscaping and horticultural science. Also, the experience of all of our staff adds up and help us deliver the best service.
