Hard Rock installed my garage floor and also stained my patio. They were great. The installer was there on time and went above and beyond what I expected. There were heavy items in my garage that we couldn't move and Jim jumped in and moved them for me. The floor looks great, as does the patio. I highly recommend them. Great job!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process would be to set up an appointment for a free in-home written estimate. At that time if the customer wants to book with us, we set the installation date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jim is the owner and he installs the floors with helpers. Jim has been been installing quality floors for 16 years. He has been to several seminars and workshops to keep up to date with the latest techniques.
