Wonderful job! We are very happy with our new toilet. The installation was flawless. He made sure everything was perfect. Our new toilet looks 100x better than the old one. I will definitely use him again if I need to replace other toilets!

I wanted a toilet replacement along with the valve, plate and supply line. I placed an online order with HD for a toilet and upgraded wax ring and asked Michael if he could pick out the appropriate supply line and valve. Michael picked up my items, installed the toilet and supply line+valve, and hauled away the old toilet. We kept in communication and he arrived within the hour that worked with my schedule. I know there were some negative reviews about his age and stature, but that didn't prevent him from doing the job. Communicate clearly and honestly about the job you want done and Michael will do right and with fair pricing.

I had an appointment scheduled with Mike on Friday because he was already booked up for Thursday. However, he called me early Thursday afternoon and said he was available that afternoon if I would like him to come. He arrived mid-afternoon and finished the job in about an hour. I appreciated that Mike was willing to move my appointment up a day earlier and I didn't have to wait until Friday to have my toilet installed. He's a hard worker and leaves the job neat & clean when completed. I'll be calling him in the future.

I just had Michael Thompson from Christian Restoration come out to replace our toilet and he was GREAT. A+ service and (seemingly) a very decent price. Everything was great, Michael replaced all three toilets, and he went over everything and he made sure it all worked as it should when he was done. After work he not only cleaned the bathroom, but also carried the old toilets along with him to the dump at not extra cost. He is extremely skilled and proficient at what he does. I will definitely reach out to him again when I need to. I strongly recommend him.

Real simple 2 hr min is 75. After that its 30an hr..for 350 a day..materials at cost
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a basic bid or price out deal, explaining the price and what's expected ,, then I meet day of appt and go over up from what's expected , Clearly giving details as to how I accept payments . and why.. then proceed to do the work when anything unexpected comes up being fair to let all know what's and why ...then clean up and bill the customer ...get payed out ...then hope for a good review ..

All the time the last one was my certification for hvac / full carpenter journeymen / lots a tech courses ./ .seninairs ..
