FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The industry we work in is for the most part specific and custom to each client we serve. Let's say you have two properties both 1 acre lots out in the country and they need bi-weekly lawn maintenance. If one of those properties has a lot of tree's, flowerbeds, fountains, or backyard recreational items you have to consider the additional effort involved in mowing & edging around these. If the other acre lot is wide open, hardly any trees or obstacles it will cost less to maintain than a property with obstacles because it does not take as long to service. Customization is just the name of our business. No two properties we landscape look the same and we like it that way. That is why when asked for pricing for landscaping I have to see the property and meet the client before an estimate can be created. Quoting someone on plants without seeing the physical location with my own eyes is impossible. In order to make your landscape pop we use colors around your home so it is vital that we see before we offer an estimate.
