Designs By Carissa is a great company that listen to your wants and desires giving you a constructive feedback about your design plans. Her ability to convey, show and put together a wonderful theme that shows your personality is above and beyond.
Quality doesn't come cheap nor does designers but as the saying goes you get what you pay for. With thay being said she can work with ANY budget and still give you a look that suitable for your pockets.
