- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our estimates are always free and transparent. We have fair pricing, and our goal is to always give more in value than we take in payment. We take great precaution in caring for your property while it is in our care, and our commitment is to always leave every project better than how we found it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to have us inspect your roof so we can photo and video document everything and can show you what we’re seeing. Sometimes the roof is fine, and we can give you a report demonstrating that. If there are issues that need to be addressed, we advise you on the next steps and give you all the information you need to make an informed decision about your roof. Then we work together to make selections and we price out different options for you to consider. Once you select your roofing system, we will schedule your project, and keep you informed during the entire process. On the day of install, our project manager will be on-site to install our landscaping protection system and ensure the crews have everything they need to install the roof according to the highest industry standards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 2 professional designations from major shingle manufacturers (GAF Master Elite Certified Contractor and TAMKO Pro). These designations recognize our commitment to continuing education and exemplary workmanship. Because of these designations, we’re able to offer our customers extended warranties backed by the shingle manufacturers beyond the standard 5-year workmanship warranty.
