- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a 3 hour minimum, most spaces depending on the level of items and size of the space will take around 3 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we do a brief virtual consultation either over the phone, video call, or via photos sent over messaging. Then I'll give you an estimate on how long I believe your space should take to get organized and we book a date/time slot. Once I arrive, I'll take a closer look and discuss your goals with the space, and any adjustments to timing that may be necessary. Then, I'll get to work!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been in the professional organizing industry for around 1 year now. I got started through a natural inclination for tidiness and started asking friends if I could test out my skills in their spaces. After many happy friends with their newly organized spaces, I decided to give it a try myself.
