FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge an on-site estimate fee of $35.00 for any project requiring a site visit in order to showcase an estimate; We always try to discuss job details over the phone with our clients to see if we are able to give an accurate estimate and bypass the site visit fee. However, should you choose to hire TPI following the on-site visit, we will be happy to apply that initial payment of $35.00 towards the project total, reflecting as a "deposit" on the final invoice. If you choose to not go with TPI following the on-site visit, our time and mobilization costs are covered. The on-site visit is simply the opportunity for our licensed professionals to get a visual on the issue, in order to understand what is needed to get the job done for our clients. Services that may require a site-visual include but are not limited to: Main-Line repairs, Lateral-Line repairs, System Wiring Issues, Valve Issues/Replacements, Backflow Replacements/Installation, etc. *If there is an on-site visit by TPI, the Client is responsible to make a payment of $35.00 via Zelle, Check, Cash, or Credit Card upon completion of the site visit. For all credit card payments, a 3% merchant processing fee will be added to the final invoice.*

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Upon graduating from Grapevine High School, I began my career as an Irrigation Tech with a large company. I was eager and hungry to learn all I could about irrigation; Most importantly, I knew I had to get licensed. I proceeded to develop valuable skills with this company and earne my LIT license through the state of Texas. I then had the opportunity to run Irrigation Operations at multiple large-scale companies. In 2023, I resigned from my full-time role as the Operations Manager for an Irrigation repair and installation company and decided to start TexPro Irrigation!
