- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts based on referrals and repeat customers. If a client is referred to Adynaton Designs they will receive a percentage discount and the referee will also receive a discount on a future project. We also offer a discount if we work with a client on multiple projects. For example, if we complete a bathroom project and the client is satisfied and wishes to work with Adynaton Designs on another project they will receive a percentage discount on that job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will need to travel to the site of the project and take measurements as well as gather specific details related to the job. From there we can provide a rough baseline estimate and if the client wishes to move forward we will create a rendering of the project for the client to better visualize the finished product. Once we send over the initial rendering we will work closely with the client to edit and perfect the design in order to most accurately bring their vision to life. Once the design is finalized we will send over a contract and proposal. Once both are signed and the initial deposit (30%) is made we will immediately begin work on the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Co-Owners of Adynaton Designs, together, have over 10 years of experience building cabinets and painting/finishing cabinetry. We have held jobs as cabinet builders, installers, and painters for years prior to starting our own business. One Co-owner graduated from The University of Texas where they took business and design courses. They are also currently working towards accreditation at the Interior Design Institute.
