- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do our best to offer customers free estimates online as quickly as possible when all details requested regarding the project can be provided by the customer. Otherwise, we conduct site visits in order to get accurate project details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will reach out to new customers via the Thumbtack messaging system or by calling the customer in order to collect more details on the project and schedule any needed appointments. We aim to answer any questions asked by the customer to the best of our ability, providing as much detail as possible, and to explain our timelines and project process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner and lead installer has over a decade of experience installing and repairing glass, including window panes/units, shower doors, mirrors, balconies, folding glass, and more. Our business is also certified and insured in the state of Texas.
