- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fee is based on length of tape and number of tapes. Extra fee for correction of problems and enhancements. Single tape 1 hour or less is $20,single more than 1 hour up to 4 is $30, 2 to 10 tapes (1 hour) is $16 each, more than 10 tapes is $14 ea. Tapés longer one hour have additional fee of $10 ea. Enhancement fee is $10 per tape. $15 fee for flash drive, no additional fee for dvds. Fees can be negotiated depending on number and lengths.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Email or telephone conversation about what customer wants. Then notify customer about progress of project.
