- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a Flow customer, refer your neighbors within a 2-mile radius of your home and you both receive $20 off your weekly service bill for three months. We also offer a 10% discount for customers who choose to pay for their maintenance plan on an annual subscription.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer first reaches out to us, we provide a complimentary consultation on their pool care needs, and an estimate on weekly service. This can also be done remotely by texting us images of your pool and equipment. We will send you a quote for weekly service, and a 50% deposit is required to begin the work. This is payable online through the quote via credit or debit card. Once we've received your payment and signed service agreement, we'll show up that week at a day that's suitable to you to begin the service. We are generally available to begin serving you within one business day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our team members are Certified Pool Operators (CPO) through the Pool and Hut Tub Alliance. We also hold a Texas Installer Contractor License (TICL 1233) that authorizes us to do repairs and new installations on pool equipment.
