Before writing this review, I want to emphasize that I am a very detail-oriented client. I have high standards for quality, aesthetics, communication, and punctuality. I expect to be informed every step of the way, and reliability is non-negotiable for me.
When I first met Hamirabi from Innovative Stairs, he arrived right on time, which immediately impressed me. During our initial meeting, we discussed my project in detail. My stairs originally had carpet and dark wood, with a black bannister. I wanted a complete transformation to bright, modern white oak throughout. Hamirabi not only understood my vision but provided a quote on the spot—something that saved me a lot of time and effort. Unlike other contractors who make you wait or constantly follow up, he was clear and efficient right from the start.
Given my tight timeline, I was upfront about my expectations, and Hamirabi assured me he could meet them. He was transparent about how long the project would take, and we aligned our schedules to make it happen. True to his word, he and his team delivered on time without cutting any corners.
The transformation was incredible. The team at Innovative Stairs removed the carpet, refinished the entire staircase in stunning white oak, and replaced the black bannister to match the new aesthetic. The result was flawless—modern, elegant, and absolutely timeless. Every detail, from the smooth finish to the precise craftsmanship, exceeded my expectations.
Throughout the project, Hamirabi kept me informed about every step, ensuring there were no surprises. Beyond are expectations! We are very pleased with the stair rails provided by Innovative Stairs by Hamurabi and his team were the perfect complement to our new home construction. We were particularly appreciative of them being able to expedite the installation after the builder's contractor backing out two weeks prior to closing. The installation team took care of our home by ensuring that our floors were protected and cleaning their work area after completion--something the regular trades consistently failed to do. Our stair rails are beautiful and will definitely provide us with lots of pride in our home over the years. We highly recommend Innovative Stairs for a company that takes pride in it's product and delivers on time at a reasonable cost. Don't pass them up!
