- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free inspections to every new customer. If there is work to be completed. A service call fee of $100 will be applied to the invoice along with the flat rate price of the repair(s).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out and conduct a free inspection of the irrigation system and look for 3 major issues. Major issues (Broken heads, nozzles, etc.), Design issues (Heads not spaced properly, needing to add heads, etc.) and High efficiency upgrades to help conserve as much water as possible. Once we have completed the inspection, we let the customer know the issues that were found if any and what it will take to get these issues fixed. We do not complete any work until the customer knows what is wrong, what needs to be replaced or repaired and the price to do so.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of us at Conserva Irrigation of West Austin are Licensed through the State of Texas as Licensed Irrigators or Landscape Irrigation Technicians.
