There are several things. They only came out 2 out of 3 times for our maintenance contract. They didn't answer the phone when I had an alarm going off. They keep sending me invoices for a two year renewal contract when I asked for a one year.

I called this company and made an appointment for a serviceman to come to my property and inspect my septic system on 8/2/23. The following day I waited 8 hours for the serviceman to show up. He never did. I never received a phone call explaining why they failed to show up. I called the office the following day and left a message explaining that nobody showed up and asked them to call me, but nobody ever called. Very unreliable! I could never recommend this company based on my experience,
