My name is Gil Del Bosque. I’m currently only teaching lessons via FaceTime, zoom, Skype and or any other online format. My main instruments are the saxophone and clarinet. I have 15 years of teaching and performing experience. I just received my master's degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and before that, a bachelor's degree from the University of North Texas in Denton, TX.
I am well-rounded in both classical and jazz. I performed in many of the TMEA All State bands during high school, so I am familiar with the classical literature of the saxophone and clarinet.
I make my living as a professional musician and a private lessons teacher in the ATX area. Performing in such notable jazz clubs like the Elephant Room, Brass House, One 2 One, and Sullivan's Steakhouse under my name and with some of ATX top jazz artists. I currently hold a studio of 40 students, ranging from ages 11 to 30. I have also done masterclasses in all levels of education, from elementary to collegiate level.
I love teaching and playing my instrument and being a student of music myself, and I am eager to share my knowledge! Please visit my website, Youtube channel, or my Facebook page for videos and audio recordings!
