- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our customers will get our Price Matching Assurance. If anyone can provide the same product and service at our price, we will match it and take off an additional $50. We're here to make sure you have peace of mind!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we talk with the customer and find out any needs or concerns they may have. Secondly, we do a full home audit. We will check everything from the foundation to the attic. Lastly, we find out the time frame for the repairs or installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Military training plus a combined 50+ years of experience in the Home Improvement industry.
