FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. It begins with an initial phone call, provided at no charge, where potential clients can discuss their legal needs. 2. A detailed client intake form is then used to gather comprehensive information about the client and their matter. 3. Following this, an engagement letter is drawn up. This document outlines the scope of the firm's representation, responsibilities of both parties, and the agreed-upon fee structure. 4. Before the representation commences, a retainer deposit is required. This ensures that the firm has the necessary resources to dedicate to the matter right from the outset. Our aim is to establish a successful working relationship from the very start, setting the foundation for effective legal representation.
